The C-Park, built strictly with international standards, contains four function blocks, namely, R&D Block, Pilot Production Block, Industrialization Block, and Office Building Block. These function blocks are not only linked to the public facilities shared in JNA for environmental protection and safety, but also equipped with its independent facilities for exhibitions, conferences, and catering and lodging services.

The total planning area is 225,000 square meters

The R&D Function Block is 38,000 square meters;

The Pilot Production Block is 17,000 square meters;

The Office Building Block is 35,000 square meters;

The Industrialization Block is 135,000 square meters.
